Divers conclude day one of NCAA zone meet

Day one of the NCAA Zone E Championships concluded with three Arizona State divers making the finals. The top three finishers in each event are guaranteed a spot at the NCAA Championships.<separator></separator>Senior All-American <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/c-swim/mtt/benedetti_micky01.html">… Benedetti</a> was the highest placing Sun Devil. The Italian took fourth in the 1-meter. Benedetti scored 309.80 points in the preliminary round and finished the day with 632.25 points total.<separator></separator><a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/c-swim/mtt/jumer_brittany00.html">B… Jumer</a> took seventh in the women's 3-meter. The Minnesotan tallied 556.80 points overall. Senior <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/c-swim/mtt/hobbs_erin00.html">Erin Hobbs</a> finished 14th with 498.45 points. <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/c-swim/mtt/bradshaw_cameron00.html"… Bradshaw</a> also competed in the men's 1-meter, scoring 213.25 points.<separator></separator>The Zone E Championships continue through Saturday.
