DeWitty, Reaves named Arizona State Athletes of the Week

Shaun DeWitty (Football) and Sarah Reaves (Women's Volleyball) have been named ASU's Athletes of the Week for the week ending November 8. Both Reaves and DeWitty gave outstanding performances over the weekend.

DeWitty ran for 110 yards on 16 carries in just the second start of his career, claiming the first 100-yard rushing game by a Sun Devil this season. Additionally, DeWitty's 54-yard run in the fourth quarter was ASU's longest play from scrimmage so far in 2008.

Reaves collected her 13th double-double of the season and 21st of her career Sunday as an integral part of leading ASU over the Wildcats in a three game sweep with 11 kills and 12 digs.
