Cochran nominated for softball's Honda Sports Award

<p>Candidates The Softball Honda-Broderick Cup awarded annually to the Collegiate Woman Athlete of the Year were announced Wednesday which found Arizona State's <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/w-softbl/mtt/cochran_kaitlin00.html… Cochran</a> named among the nation's elite in the prestigious award.</p><separator></separator><p>In addition to the honor of this selection, American Honda will donate $1,000 to the women’s athletic fund of each nominee’s university. The winner’s program will receive $5,000, with the results being released on June 16.</p>
