Benedetti seventh on one-meter at NCAA Championships


<p> Day one of the NCAA Men's Swimming Championships concluded with junior Micky Benedetti finishing a strong seventh place in the one-meter. The All-American earned 361.25 points in the event final. Benedetti had scored 332.70 in the preliminaries.</p><separator></separator><p>Senior C.J. Nuess also competed on Thursday. The Medical Lake, Wash., senior clocked in a time of 4:21.41 to place 23rd overall in the 500 free.</p><separator></separator><p>The Sun Devils are currently in 22nd place with 12 points.
