Baseball announces signing class

Arizona State University head baseball coach Tim Esmay has announced the Sun Devils’ recruiting class for the 2012 season. The Sun Devils, coming off a Pac-10 title and trip to the College World Series, signed 18 players to National Letters of Intent. The signees will join the baseball program for the 2011-12 school year and 2012 baseball season.

“This outstanding class that we signed is a direct result of the hard work put in by (recruiting coordinator and assistant coach) Travis Jewett and (assistant coach) Ken Knutson. We could not have put together such an impressive group of signees if not for their efforts,” said head coach Tim Esmay.
