Avoid the flu: Practice good hygiene

Don't spread germs! Remember to wash your hands thoroughly.

Although no cases of swine flu have been reported at ASU, it’s important to use a 60 percent alcohol-based hand cleaner (example: Purell or similar) during cold and flu season, especially after going to the restroom and before eating. If a hand cleaner isn’t available, wash with soap and rinse hands with warm water for at least 15 seconds.
