ASU women's basketball inviting local schools to Field Trip Day

<p>Arizona State University, the Sun Devil Women's Basketball team and Wells Fargo Bank are excited to offer your students the opportunity to visit the Tempe campus and attend a Pac-10 women's basketball game this season. We are inviting students, grades 4, 5 and 6 to attend the Sun Devils Women's Basketball game against the UCLA Bruins on Thursday, January 15, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Tickets for this game are FREE to your schools.</p><separator></separator><p>This unique field trip will integrate pre-game classroom activities through an educational workbook. These age appropriate lessons will incorporate the state of Arizona standards for math, reading and writing while familiarizing students with the Sun Devils and Arizona State University. The workbook will also prepare students to participate in the interactive and entertaining environment of a Sun Devil basketball game.</p><separator></separator><p>To participate in the event , all you have to do is register your students and get them to Wells Fargo Arena; we will take care of the rest! Our goal is to augment the education of 7,500 students while introducing them to Arizona State University and Sun Devil Athletics.
