ASU Edson student business earns praise for social media

Arizona Pro DJs makes Top 20 best small business Facebook page

Arizona Pro DJs, a student startup in ASU’s Edson Student Entrepreneur Initiative, has been shortlisted by the Social Media Examiner as having one of the best small business Facebook pages of 2011.

The Social Media Examiner is an online magazine designed to help businesses discover how to best use social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, and has been ranked by Technorati and AdAge as one of the world’s Top 100 business blogs. It has more than 95,000 daily email subscribers and has been profiled by media such as the Huffington Post.

Arizona Pro DJs provides high-quality and innovative event entertainment solutions and is currently experiencing rapid expansion.

"I am extremely excited to have our page nominated on such a prestigious website, particularly as we were actually nominated by our customers, fans and friends," said Will Curran, founder and CEO of AZ Pro DJs. “The fact that this past week we hit over 10,000 'likes' on Facebook, is sort of the cherry on top."
