ASU continues to impress during the second round in Hawaii


<p> The Arizona State men's golf team is in second place after the second round of the Hawaii Hilo Intercollegiate as it shot a 8-under 272 for a two day total of 543. Leading the tournament is defending NCAA champion Stanford (275-263), while Pac-10 schools USC (274-270), Washington (280-270) and Oregon State (273-278) all are in the running.</p><separator></separator><p>Leading the Sun Devils and the tournament is freshman <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/m-golf/mtt/kennegard_jesper00.html"… Kennegard</a> who is tied for first with a 9-under 131 (68-63). Newcomer Stephen Gross is tied for third with an 8-under 132 (64-68) along with fellow rookie Braxton Marquez who is tied for 31st with an even par 140 (68-72). Sophomore <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/m-golf/mtt/borsheim_knut00.html">Kn… Borsheim</a> is tied for 43rd with a 1-over 141 (71-70). Senior <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/m-golf/mtt/telliard_phil00.html">Ph… Telliard</a> rounds out the Sun Devils tied for 51st with a 2-over 142 (71-71).</p><separator></separator><p>USC's Jamie Lovemark shares the lead with <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/m-golf/mtt/kennegard_jesper00.html"… Kennegard</a> after the second round.
