And the Pac-10 football media poll says...


<p> Arizona State is right in the middle of the Pac-10 when it comes to football this year according to the 32 media folks whose opinion was asked for by the Pac-10 for its annual preseason poll.</p><separator></separator><p>USC is the choice to win the 2009 Pacific-10 Conference, as it was listed in the top spot by 28 of the 32 voters participating in the poll. California was tabbed to finish second in the poll, followed by Oregon and Oregon State.</p><separator></separator><p>That means that teams picked to finish first, second and fourth all come to Sun Devil Stadium this year.</p><separator></separator><p>Top-choice USC visits on Nov. 7, while Cal comes to town on Oct. 31. Oregon State, picked fourth, is the ASU Pac-10 opener on Oct. 3.</p><separator></separator><p>ASU was picked to finish fourth when it won the Pac-10 title in 1986.
