Larry Madrigal and Tyler Griese, both graduate students in the School of Art, are recipients of a grant from the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation.

The Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Grant is one of the longest-standing grants available to emerging figurative artists, with a history of recipients spanning more than half a century. It is also unique in its scope, in that it is available to students and artists around the world.

Noteworthy recipients include Steven Assael, Jenny Saville, Paul Fenniak, Daniel Greene, Hollis Dunlap and Aleah Chapin.
