Alba Rodriguez

Alba Rodriguez, who is completing concurrent master's degrees in landscape architecture and in urban design, was named the 2016 University Olmsted Scholar for Arizona State University.

Rodriguez says she is committed to designing urban landscapes for under-represented communities rejecting typical gentrifying approaches. She has developed a design methodology that utilizes human-behavior research strategies to discover the most effective tactics to improve neighborhood health and well-being.
