Sha Xin Wei

Space and Culture: International Journal of Social Spaces announced Sha Xin Wei, director of the School of Arts, Media and Engineering, will give a keynote speech at its international conference "Idea of Place: Making Dwelling Sensing.” This conference welcomes challenges to the idea of place, along with new ways of thinking about place, space, location and the relationship between individuals and communities to place and history, according to the Idea of Place website.

The conference takes place May 6–7 at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada.
