Julie F. Codell, art history professor in the ASU Herberger Institute School of Art, recently edited "Transculturation in British Art, 1770-1930" (2012), part of an innovative series on British art and globalism published by Ashgate.

In addition, she recently published "International Exhibitions: Linking Culture, Commerce, and Nation," in "A Companion to British Art and Architecture," edited by Dana Arnold and David Peters Corbett (London: Wiley-Blackwell, 2013), 220-40; and "Displaying Aestheticism's Bric-a-Brac: Rossetti's Material and Virtual Goods," in "Palaces of Art: Whistler and the Art Worlds of Aestheticism" (Washington, D.C.: Smithsonian Institution, 2013), 119-31.
