Mark Klett, a reagents professor of photography in the School of Art, and his collaborating partner, Byron Wolfe, received a Pollock-Krasner Foundation grant of $30,000 for a collaborative photography project involving Lake Powell and Glen Canyon.
The grant money will help with project completion and eventual publication of a book of photographs. Both Klett and Wolfe are interested in the change of natural landscapes over time. This grant was the largest awarded by the Pollock-Krasner Foundation this year.
