Oscar®-nominated film producer and real estate developer Bradley Yonover is next p.a.v.e. speaker


Who
Film producer and real estate mogul Bradley Yonover, whose eclectic work has ranged from redeveloping New York’s SoHo district to producing noted feature films, visits the ASU Herberger College School of Theatre and Film as the next p.a.v.e. speaker on arts entrepreneurship. His talk is Tuesday, April 29 at 2 p.m. at the Lyceum Theatre on the ASU Tempe campus. It is free and open to the public.

What
Yonover’s career has included spearheading the redevelopment of Miami’s South Beach and Manhattan’s SoHo districts for Goldman Properties. He later founded GreeneStreet Films, a New York-based film production and finance company. Film credits include, In the Bedroom, starring Taye Diggs, Ron Eldard, Kyra Sedgwick and Marisa Tomei, (Paramount Classics, 2001), which received five Academy Award® nominations. Yonover’s producing credits include: Swimfan (2002); Just a Kiss (2002); Piñero(2001); The Château 2001; and Famous (2000).

Yonover currently is partner of DDB Ventures with Arizona Diamondbacks owner Dale Jensen. Through DDB Ventures’ Legacy Entertainment, Yonover continues to remain active in the entertainment business and currently is developing and producing a number of film projects. He recently moved to Arizona with his wife and two young children.
