What
Proudly presents its 12th Annual Film and Video Festival, Saturday, April 12, at 8 p.m.

Held outdoors on the ASU Nelson Fine Arts Center plaza at 10th Street and Mill Avenue in Tempe, behind the ASU Art Museum, attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair for an enjoyable evening of new and innovative film.

This year festival attracted entries from 31 states and 24 nations. The jury viewed 362 entries, ranging from animation and drama to comedy and documentaries, and chose 20 works for the final cut.

Over the years, attendance at the festival, which has developed a following among filmmakers and aficionados alike, has grown to over 1,200. This year’s short films and videos will entertain adults and youth alike with humorous, thought-provoking works created by artists with different visions and levels of experience, but note that a few entries contain mature language and content.

The LeBlanc Audience Choice Award will be voted upon the evening of the festival and announced online at asuartmuseum.asu.edu/filmfest following the fest.
