West campus Sun Devil Kids' Camp sparking imaginative learning

Sun Devil Kids Camp on the West Campus in 2015

In 2015, Sun Devil Kids Camp on the West campus welcomed Sub Zero Ice Cream to demonstrate how to make ice cream in a whole new way. With a blast of liquid nitrogen at -321 degrees Fahrenheit, Sub Zero froze the ice cream right before the kids eyes, providing a fun, visual experience that looks as cool as it tastes.

Looking for a fun way for your child to spend their summer? Look no further than the Sun Devil Kids' Camp.

Sun Devil Kids' Camp is a fun-filled, action-packed sports and activity summer camp for children ages 5-11 offered through Arizona State University’s Sun Devil Fitness Complex. Campers will participate in a variety of sports-related games and activities, swimming every day, arts and crafts, themed weeks, fun Fridays, dress up days and more.

Registration is underway and space fills up fast, so be sure to register early.

Costs start at $125 per week.

Quest programs offer supplementary activities kids can enjoy, in addition to the activities provided through Sun Devil Kids Camp. The West location will be taking their campers on extra adventures to an Arizona Diamondbacks game, the Phoenix Children’s Museum, and Jumpstreet! Quest space is limited, so register early to make sure your camper doesn’t miss out on this awesome opportunity.

Come and join us for our Camp Open House night from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 24. This is a place where new campers and their parents can meet the staff, take a tour, and learn about how a typical day at camp runs.
